On February 5, 2010, Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007480204, WKN:
748020, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February
2, 2010 and then amounted to 7.16% (this corresponds to 3,156,731 Voting
Rights).
In addition on February 5, 2010, Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007480204, WKN: 748020, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on February 4, 2010 and then amounted to 0.11% (this
corresponds to 46,326 Voting Rights).
