Deutsche EuroShop publishes 2025 Annual Report under the motto "Feel the Shopamine"

  • Focus on experience, emotion and quality of stay

  • Annual General Meeting scheduled for 18 June 2026

  • Proposed dividend of €1.00 per share

Shopping center investor Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, today published its 2025 Annual Report. It is presented under the motto

Feel the Shopamine - Shine. Flow. Relax. Join.

and is now available as a PDF and ePaper at www.deutsche-euroshop.com/ir

This year’s guiding theme captures the unique experience of visiting a shopping center. The shift in perception begins upon arrival: light, movement, voices and scents create an atmosphere in which shopping, enjoyment and social interaction come together. This combination of experience and quality of stay generates a positive feeling - a state described in the Annual Report as “Shopamin”.

“Over the past 25 years, Deutsche EuroShop has stood for a clear business model, long-term thinking and reliability towards our investors. Even under challenging conditions, we delivered solid operating results in 2025, further strengthened our capital structure and continue to be a stable partner in the capital markets,” says Hans-Peter Kneip, CEO/CFO of Deutsche EuroShop.

The Executive Board and Supervisory Board intend to propose to the Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held as an in-person event in Hamburg on 18 June 2026, the distribution of a dividend of €1.00 per share for the 2025 financial year. Based on 75,743,854 shares outstanding, this would correspond to a total distribution of approximately €75.7 million.
