capital increase placed in full
Hamburg, 10 November 2005 - Deutsche EuroShop AG has placed 1,562,499 new shares from an approx. 10% increase in its share capital in the course of a private placement with institutional investors at EUR43.00 per share; shareholders' pre-emptive rights were disapplied. The Company generated gross issue proceeds of approx. EUR67.2 million.
As a result of the capital increase, the number of shares issued by the Company has risen from 15,625,000 to 17,187499.
