The individual access data for the use of the password-protected online service for shareholders will be sent to shareholders who are registered in the company's share register on 14 June 2018, 00:00 hours, together with the invitation to the Annual General Meeting and the form for registration and ticket booking by mail.
The registration for the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Company by 21 June 2018, 24:00 hours (CEST).
Prior to the Annual General Meeting, it is possible to grant or revoke a proxy or to issue or amend instructions to the proxies nominated by the Company. For organizational reasons, this must be done before 27 June 2018, 24:00 (CEST).
